quick start challenge

The Quick Start Challenge (QSC) is starting soon and I have decided to join.

Working online can be a lonely place and I thought that this might help me focus on one project rather than the 500 running around in my brain and the group might help to keep me on the straight and narrow.

It will also be good to see if using this structured process will help make me more productive. The fact that I have a group to spur me on and also to compete against will, I think be good for me.

The idea of the quick start challenge is for everyone to follow a proven course to generate income within 30 days.

With my years of experience and knowledge, I should be able to walk it so I think I will be motivated to ensure that a total newbie does not do better then I do.

Working on your own with no one watching over your shoulder or not being answerable to anyone is not always a good thing especially for someone with ADD like me who can spend a lot of time on things that are not productive to profitable.

Watch this space, I will be updating it regularly with my progress and results.

Wish me luck with the 2015 Quick start Challenge. It started with the first webinar on the 6th July at 11.00 in the evening.

The first task is to setup a blog and post about this challenge. I do have an advantage in that I have already got this blog setup and it has been for a number of years. However, the last blog post was before this was last December!

The whole idea os to start to add regular, useful and informative posts.

    Hi Lloyd,

I followed the link from the Facebook group and I like your blog very much. I have always loved the process of sharing what I do, what inspires me etc. a blog is a perfect tool for this purpose. I also like very much the concept of building a personal brand on which we base our business success.

I look forward to keeping up with you in the QSC, drop by to my blog if you get the time – I have written a piece this morning on personal branding as my QSC starter – http://antcarter.com/your-need-for-personal-branding-has-never-been-greater/

I look forward to connecting in future – ant.

Hi Lloyd, a great post to re-energise your blog.
I’m also taking part in the 2015 QSC, and agree that it appears to be a good way of getting some structure into your online business. The Facebook group helps too, having lots of like-minded people to chat with. I’ve also made a start with the first week’s challenge, and you can see it here – http://straighttalkforsuccess.com/what-are-you-doing-to-build-your-business/
Good luck with the QSC course, and I’ll see you in the FB group
    Keith

    • lloydh says:

Thank you Keith. I am determined to make an effort to keep posting on a regular basis. I might just have to make the posts a little shorter ????

    Hello Lloyd

Nice to hear your thoughts on the merits of the QSC3 program, as you rightly point out it’s hard to keep the discipline of a routine when you have no one monitoring your progress. Setting a weekly routine and actually sticking to it whilst monitoring its performance is as Dean points out crucial for long-term consistent progress.

Look forward to reading more about your thoughts on this challenge.

Hi Lloyd, really nice blog here. Looks like you on your way to developing something very helpful for those interested in Internet Marketing. You have some really nice content here and I like your layout. I too am involved in the Quick Start Challenge. I like how they are holding all of us accountable to each other for our efforts. So I am going to be watching your progress ! Best of luck in your journey.

    • lloydh says:

Thank you for your feedback Mark. It is very much appreciated. I am still working on the theme and there is still a bit to do but it is getting there.

I also like the accountability and by putting myself out there to everyone on the QSC then it is motivating me to keep it up even with many time challenges.

From the blogroll it looks like there were over 350 of us that actually made it this far. I am looking forward to seeing how we progress over the next 3 weeks, especially the part that wants us to write a good post every day. And as for doing a video? still it looks like you are off to a good start here.
