It is so important to have a plan to work to. Now, I don’t mean goals, although these are important in my opinion.
I have learnt this the hard way over many years and the difference, once you learn your lesson is amazing.
if you do not plan your work by creating a list of things to do and following that plan you will be like a ship in the open seas without a compass, or SAT NAV these days!
I also try and do the to do list at the end of the day for the following day.
For some reason I tend to be able to think clearer about what has to be done for the following day rather than trying to make my list at the start of my day.
If you are going to work online in you own internet business then you need to be as efficient as possible.
Outsourcing is a great way to build your business which you shoul do as soon as posible. However, you will not be able to do it unless you are able to list the job that needs doing in order and in a way that makes sense.
So get into the habit of making a plan and following it and then, when you come to employing your first member of staff you will already be a step or two ahead of most people online today.
Make your daily list of all the things that you need to do and then prioritise them and start at the most important. another tip is to start the thing that you least want or like to do. Set yourself a time limit and get stuck in. Try to get as much done in the time you have allowed and don’t get distracted. Focus all of your attention on that task.
You will be suprised at how much more you wll accomplish and before long you will be doing it every day 🙂
